Lisa is the new Director of Development for LeaderSource. She is very familiar with the ministry and impact of LeaderSource since she was the Director of Strategic Initiatives from 2004-2010 and has served on the board of directors for ten years.

Lisa has been working in ministry in China since 1991 when she worked as an English teacher in Changsha, Hunan province. She has lived in Beijing (1995), Hong Kong (2008), London (2010) and traveled to over 30 countries.

In 2011, Lisa launched Pacific Link International Educational Services (PLIES). Pacific Link organizes programs in the United States for students from China in order to partner with parents in the development of their child’s Christ-like character, leadership, and life skills. Pacific Link places students in U.S. Christian high schools and organizes summer and winter camps to introduce kids from Asia to Christ.

Lisa spoke at several women’s conferences and retreats in Vietnam, Cambodia and Hong Kong and across the United States. Lisa served a volunteer Campus Team Leader for China Outreach Ministries (COM) for 15 years serving graduate students from China at the University of Notre Dame. Lisa and her husband also lead Campus Alpha for international students and for urban families in South Bend, Indiana. She served on the Global Leadership Team for the 4/14 Window Movement from 2009-2012.

Lisa has a master’s degree in Asian Studies and International Business from Seton Hall University, an Executive Management Certificate from the University of Notre Dame and a B.A. in political science from Colorado State University. Lisa is married (26 years) to John Nagle, a law professor at the University of Notre Dame Law School, and she is the mother of Laura (age 22, student at the University of St Andrews in Scotland) and Julia (age 20, student at Indiana University) who she brings with her on many trips around the world.
